Hitched provides a wedding planning platform that connects engaged couples with wedding vendors across Australia. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Wedding planning tools and checklists
  • Vendor directory and booking system
  • Guest list management and RSVP tracking
  • Wedding website builder
  • Gift registry services
  • Budget tracking tools

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Vendor Services

Hitched acts as a platform connecting couples with independent vendors. We do not employ vendors and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of their services. All contracts for services are between couples and vendors directly.

5. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hitched and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hitched shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
